"I’ve been using my dyson every..."
I’ve been using my dyson every day for about a year now, and it’s still working great. No issues so far, and it’s been a really smooth experience overall. It just keeps going without any fuss.

"Return was simple, but the refund took a bit"
The return itself was actually easy, like I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or anything, which was nice. I sent it back without much trouble, but then the refund felt kind of slow to show up, so I kept checking and wondering if it was still processing. Overall it went okay, just wish the money came back a little faster.

"Easy order and no hassle"
I ordered from dyson.com last week, it just felt easy from the start. I found the model I wanted quickly, and the site didn’t make me feel like I had to dig around or second-guess what I was doing.

Checkout was smooth too, which I really appreciated. No strange pages, no errors, and seeing the delivery info clearly before paying made me feel more comfortable finishing the order.

"Battery life has actually been really solid"
I’ve had my Dyson for a few weeks now and the battery is, better than I thought it would be. I can vacuum the whole downstairs and still have some charge left, which is nice because my old one would just, anyway, it used to die so fast. So far I’m happy with it...

"Strong suction, fair trade-off for the noise"
I’ve got to be fair, this vacuum really does a great job with pet hair and the suction is stronger than I expected. It picks things up quickly and makes cleaning a lot easier. The only downside is that it’s a bit loud, and I do wish the battery lasted longer. But for how well it cleans, I still think it does what it’s supposed to do well

"Works great, though the battery is just okay"
I’ve been using this vacuum for pet hair and everyday dust, and it does a really good job. The suction is strong and it picks up more than I expected. The battery could be better, but it’s not terrible or anything, just something I noticed after a few uses. It also gets a little loud on max mode, though I guess that’s kind of expected with stronger suction. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Got the part I needed"
The filter fit just fine and seems to be the right part, so that’s what matters, right? Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Dyson support actually made it easy"
My vacuum decided it was done charging properly, because of course it did, so I ended up going on dyson.com to figure out what was going on.
The support person was quick and really easy to deal with. They didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic stuff, even though I was probably making it more complicated than it needed to be. They checked my warranty and got a replacement part sorted without dragging it out.
The part showed up a few days later and fixed the issue straight away. I expected the whole thing to be a hassle, but Dyson support proved me wrong, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"I had to reach out to Dyson..."
I had to reach out to Dyson about a warranty issue with my vacuum, and I felt a little embarrassed having to explain what was wrong because I wasn’t even sure if I was describing it properly. The first reply took longer than I expected, and then I had to explain the same problem again, which got a bit frustrating.
They did end up sorting it out and sent me the part I needed, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. For how much the vacuum costs, I expected the warranty support to be a little quicker and easier...

"Easy enough, thankfully"
Using Dyson was actually straightforward. I found what I needed quickly, the site wasn’t a pain to navigate, and checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops. No issues, which feels rare these days, so that was nice.

"Still easy to keep clean"
I’ve had my Dyson for a while now and it’s been easy to deal with. The filter pops out without much effort and the bin empties without making a big mess. I like that I don’t have to mess with it too much. As long as I clean it regularly it still runs really well

I ordered from dyson.com, the delivery was actually quicker than I expected. Everything arrived in good shape, and the box wasn’t beat up or anything, so that part was totally fine.

The only weird thing was the tracking didn’t really update for about a day, so I wasn’t sure when it was going to show up. It still arrived on time though, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

"Really solid, but should it feel a bit more premium for the price?"
I bought this from dyson.com, the build quality is impressive. Everything feels sturdy, the parts snap together nicely, and nothing gives off that cheap or flimsy vibe. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it still feels basically brand new. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that a few of the plastic pieces seem like they might scratch easily. And at this price, shouldn’t those details feel a little more durable?

I have cordless upright. dc44. serial # cw9-us-dhb4659a. i've called several times or more in the past due to problems i have with it. was sent a new canister and then beater brush. always helpful but never fixing the problem. when i call they problem solve with me, check the filter, dust in battery area, wash filter, etc... again helpful but never fixes my problem. it cuts out when using it. don't know if it's the switch or what. use it for about 10 seconds and stops. wait, pressing the start button and then will work again for maybe 10 seconds. eventually stops turning on for awhile. please can you help me! love the product but this has been going on for over a year! you will see history notes on my calls in the past. ( betty mcgregor, yuba city, ca). can i send it to you for inspection or get replaced or something. this is so frustrating and given how much it costs, i can't afford to just simply replace it and buy another one. thank you for your help. my email is bejjmcgregor@yahoo.com.

Hello... i own an up rite dyson. the problem i am having is the wheel will stop turning when i am vacuuming the carpet so i will have to push down on the button that switches it over to vacuum hardwood floors, it will spin for a little while but then quit... so other words the wheel keeps stopping and it acts like i'm vacuuming a hardwood floor... i have already cleaned the filter and emptied the cartridge. can you tell me why it is doing this and how it can be fixed? thank you, bonnie
